About Me

Hi, I’m Nicole.
A Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 1 England Boxing Coach.

I spent 20 years working in global media - fast-paced and high-pressured. Now I'm merging my professional & coaching skills to help other women find their inner power.
When I hit my 40s, I knew I needed to make a bold life change.
I knew I needed to follow my passion for fitness & wellness.
I set myself a goal. I would become the fittest, strongest version of me.

The Journey

By 45, I had learned to box; stepped into the ring for two white-collar fights, and committed to serious strength training.
Boxing supercharged my fitness.
Weight training built lean muscle and strength.
Combined in a structured programme, the two disciplines have transformed my body and rebuilt my confidence.
At 46, I retrained so I could help other women do the same.

I’m opening 10 Founding Client spaces for women ready to commit to structured strength and boxing training.
(Boxing is optional but highly recommended for building strong fitness foundations.)
As a Founding Client, you’ll receive a preferred rate in exchange for commitment and honest feedback at the end of your tailored programme.Minimum commitment: 8 weeks
